Ferox eats elements. You will need a lot of elements to feed them during the taming process. After you give them the element, you will want to run away from them. You can consider using a grappling hook to climb walls. So they won’t be able to reach you when they’re angry. You can tame multiple creatures at once, but we recommend killing the ones you don’t want to tame. You will also want to kill other creatures around so that they don’t bother you during the process.

Ferox spawn locations can be found at coordinates 26.0 and 54.7. Once you get there you will see a waterfall. There will be a hidden cave behind it. All you have to do is stay on the right side and follow the path which will lead you to a large chamber. You will see a lot of scorpions on the way. You can either kill them or avoid them. If you kill them, the taming process will be somewhat easier.
You can easily kill Ferox while the creature is passive. Once it turns into a monster, you will want to use ranged weapons like assault rifles. These creatures deal serious damage when they hit you.
