In this V Rising boss guide, you can learn how to beat Jade The Vampire Hunter. Jade the Vampire Hunter is a tough boss that unlocks the deadly fire spell called Chaos Barrage. You can find her in Dunley Farmlands. During the fight, she will use long-range weapons and drop mines on the ground.
First, let’s talk about gear and weapons. We were using the Merciless Hollowfang set and Misty Necklace during the fight because this necklace gives 15% ability cooldowns. You can also use Brew of Ferocity and Enchanted Brew. But these are totally optional.
The General’s Soul Reaper is a nice weapon to take down the Jade The Vampire Hunter boss. Because it gives 18.5 physical power, %25 physical damage to undead, +6% spell power, and +5% spell critical strike chance. To get this weapon, you will need to kill the Undead Commander patrolling the Church of the Damned. You will want to use strong blood like Scholar Blood. You can find a bunch of scholars at the church in Dawnbreak Village.
How to Beat Jade The Vampire Hunter
Once you find Jade The Vampire Hunter, don’t attack immediately. First, you’ll need to find a good spot where you won’t be bothered by other enemies. Look for a large spot with plenty of room to move around.
Turn up the volume and start listening to her. She will give you cues before attacking. After saying “one shot one kill”, she will do a snipe shot. This is the best time to give her a few hits. Try to nuke down the boss, right after the snipe shot.
You can use Ward of the Damned ability to distract her. It’s a pretty good way to distract the boss because every time she hits you, skeletons will spawn, giving you some time to breathe. It’s really good, especially after she fires a bunch of shots.
